Transport and delivery from Ikea center Graz (Austria)
In Vancenter Ljubljana we offer weekly delivery and furniture transport from Ikea centers in Klagenfurt (Austria), Graz (Austria), Vilesse (Italy), Zagreb (Croatia), Padova (Italy) and Ljubljana (Slovenia). You choose the items online and we deliver them for a low price with the option of assembling the furniture.

The above prices apply to purchases and delivery of up to 20 items. In the case of a larger number of products, for each additional product, 0.5 € + VAT per product is charged, if it is necessary or the products need to be additionally recruited or reviewed.

Assembly and delivery prices do not include VAT.
The price for arriving at the place of assembly is calculated according to the valid transport price list.
Order procedure
- You send us the exact list of items (article links or PDF document to fill out on the Ikea website) that you need from the selected Ikea center (also check the stock and weight of the order), mobile phone and the exact delivery address.
- Based on the products (weight, volume, number of items) we will send you an offer and delivery date.
- After confirming the offer, you will receive an estimate for products and transportation. To create an estimate, we need the exact details of the payer. If it is a person: name, surname address, if it is a company: company name and tax number.
- On the day of delivery, when the driver leaves Ikea, we will send you an e-mail with the delivery schedule and GPS tracking of the driver.
Additional terms of Ikea delivery:
- The basic price list is based on the delivery from your chosen location to Ljubljana or Zagreb.
- Additional delivery is paid according to the transport price list.
- Delivery is made to the driveway closest to the entrance to the building.
- Access by van to the entrance must be free, otherwise delivery is carried out to the nearest point where unloading is possible.
- The delivery price includes our help with unloading the items. Carrying the items at the delivery is not included in the price.
- Additional carrying is charged according to the moving service price list or preliminary agreement – or 15€/person per hour
- We only provide storage for smaller items: the first day storage is free, every next day storage is charged 10 € + VAT
- Removal of packaging waste after installation is charged € 30 + VAT
- The client confirms the order to the company Nomad 2000 d.o.o. by filling the transport order and the total amount for the service is paid.
- In case the costumer didn’t pay for the items in IKEA by himself, the company Nomad 2000 d.o.o. can pay in the costumer’s name.
- In this case the costumer pays directly to Nomad 2000 d.o.o. for the items from IKEA – or pays according to the invoice
- Receiving the order and the payment confirmation is considered that the order is confirmed.
- Any later cancellation is considered invalid and due to the possibility of business loss, the full price of service is charged, even if the custumer after the order decides to cancel it from any reasons.
- Company Nomad 2000 d.o.o. is not responsible if the ordered items are not in stock at the Ikea center.
- The customer must check by himself, if the ordered items are in stock.
- In case of damaged items the carrier reserves the rights about the responsibility, because he can not check the quality of the product before. For all the products who are damaged, the client is responsible for them.
- In the event that the customer claims a warranty, the carrier will charge him/her according to the valid price list, provided that the customer must deliver the complained goods and transport them to the headquarters of Nomad2000.
- The listed prices apply to the volume of products up to 5m³. The volume of products above 5m³ are considered as a new order.
- If you need an invoice from IKEA for your company, we need a statement from AJPES and an authorization from your company to be able to make a purchase on your behalf.
- The above prices apply to purchases and delivery of up to 20 items. In the case of a larger number of products, for each additional product, 0.5 € + VAT per product is charged, if it is necessary or the products need to be additionally recruited or reviewed.
- Online ordering click and collect is paid extra (Ikea cost: 9.90 € Vilesse, 10.00 € Graz and Klagenfurt, free Zagreb)
- It is also charged to order at the Last minute – the last day before departure (Italy), namely 15 € per order less than 1000 € (Ikea cost)
