Van rental

In Vancenter we offer affordable cargo and passanger van rental services in Ljubljana (Slovenia). Our vans have various technical characteristics, dimenzions of the loading compartment and price ranges. Van rental includes Slovenian vignette for highway and insurance with assistance. For renting a van you need a category B driving licence. Minimum age is 21 years and 3 years of a valid driving licence. It is advisable to have previous experience with driving a van. In case you don’t have any, we go on a test ride with you.

It is good to know, that limited mass per vehicle is 3500 kg (vehicle + passenger + cargo). For a small surcharge we can deliver and pick up the van from a desired location. Van rental is possible every day between 7:30 am. and 6 pm. To guarantee an available vehicle for you, it is advisable to make a reservation. Resevation is confirmed with the advance payment.

You can hire a van every weekday from 7:30 am. to 8 pm. For a van rental the driver must show a valid driving licence for a vehicles category B.

Price includes:

The van rental price includes up to 400 km limitation, full comprehensive insurance (casco insurance) or basic insurance with assistance, insurance for the passengers in a van and Slovenian vignette for a highway.

Additional services and terms in Slovenia and abroad

When picking up the vehicle a security deposit is required in the amount 100–1500 € ( depending on the vehicle you rent)
Washing or cleaning the vehicle from 30 € to 100 € + VAT (In case the vehicle is returned in a dirty condition)
Slovenia: Kilometers above 400 km are charged at the tariff 0,15 €/km + VAT
Abroad: Every kilometer above agreed km is charged at the tariff 0,15 €/km + VAT
Abroad: Surcharge up to 15%
Towing a trailer: Surcharge up to 30% (depending on the weight of the trailer)
Vehicle delivery is charged by the price list of a cargo/passenger transport.
Fuel refill: 30 € + cost of fuel in a case the vehicle is returned with less fuel as it was on the begining.
GPS – 10 € + VAT for day of van rental
In last minute we offer hourly rentals (minimum two hours) at the price 13 – 20 €/h + VAT (depending of the vehicle)
Thule roof box rental: €8.00 + VAT / day. Discounts for rentals longer than 3 days. Free installation of the roof box on a van rented from us.
