Assembly and delivery prices do not include VAT.

The price for arriving at the place of assembly is calculated according to the valid transport price list.

 

Order procedure

  1. Send us an exact list of items (item links or a PDF document that you fill out on the Ikea website) that you need from the selected Ikea center (also check the stock and weight of the order), and provide us with your mobile phone number and exact delivery address.
  2. Based on your location and the selected Ikea center and the volume of the order, we will send you our offer.
  3. After confirming the offer, you will receive a proforma invoice for transportation, in case we pay for the products, you will also receive a proforma invoice for the products. To create a proforma invoice, we need the payer’s exact details: name, surname, address. Or, if this is a company: company name and tax number.

Additional terms of Ikea delivery:

  1. Delivery is made to the driveway closest to the entrance to the building.
  2. Access by delivery vehicle to the entrance must be free, otherwise delivery will be made to the nearest point where unloading is possible. It is also possible for the client to cover the costs of paid parking.
  3. Unloading is charged according to the valid price list, carrying the goods during delivery is not included in the price.
  4. Additional carrying of goods is charged at €20/person per hour
  5. Removal of packaging waste after assembly is charged at €50 + VAT
  6. The client at Nomad 2000 d.o.o. orders the transport service by completing the transport order and paying the full amount in advance for the transport.
  7. In the event that the client has not paid for the goods at his own expense, the company Nomad 2000 d.o.o. may be held liable for this, which will pay for the goods on behalf of the client.
  8. For this purpose, the client hands over the money for the purchase of the goods to the company Nomad 2000 d.o.o. – or pays according to the pro forma invoice
  9. After receiving the order and confirmation of receipt of the money, the order for the transport service for the Ikea center is considered to be completed.
  10. Any subsequent cancellation of the service is considered to be meaningless and, due to the possibility of business damage, the client will be charged the full price of the service, even if the client decides after the order is placed that for any reason he does not need the service or certain goods.
  11. The carrier is also not responsible if the ordered goods are not in stock at the Ikea center.
  12. The transport customer is obliged to check whether the goods are in stock. Even in this case, the carrier’s price for transporting the goods is the same as the price of the full order.
  13. The carrier reserves the right to be liable for damage to the goods, since due to the nature of the purchase of goods, the carrier does not have access to the contents of the packages. Therefore, the customer is responsible for all subsequent complaints regarding the purchased and damaged goods and the costs associated with them.
  14. In the event that the customer makes a complaint, the carrier will charge him for it according to the valid price list, and the customer must deliver and collect the complained goods at the headquarters of Nomad2000.
  15. If you need an invoice from IKEA for your company, we need a printout from AJPES and authorization from your company so that we can make the purchase on your behalf.
  16. Online ordering click and collect is subject to an additional charge.
