A written vehicle reservation and a prepayment for the rental are required. The renter must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.

In addition to the above, the driver must have experience in driving a van. If not, a test drive may be conducted in certain cases.

You can travel abroad with the rented vehicle. The renter must inform the rental company of the destination and obtain written consent.

If the rented vehicle stays overnight abroad, the renter must park it in an appropriate parking space.

The rented vehicle can be driven by multiple drivers. Substitute drivers must be listed in the rental agreement.

Vehicle pick-up must be arranged in advance or during office hours.

Vehicle return can be done outside office hours without additional charges.

You can park your own vehicle at our location free of charge for the entire rental period.

All vehicles include the Slovenian vignette for Slovenian highways. Other foreign road fees/tolls/tunnels/environmental taxes are at your expense.

Fuel cost is not included in the rental price.

Missing fuel is charged according to the current price list. Link to conditions

The daily rental price includes 400 km or as agreed in the current price list.

Each additional kilometer beyond the agreement is charged according to the current price list.

All vehicles include roadside assistance.

Vehicle delivery and pick-up are charged according to the van transport price list.

All vehicles have basic insurance or casco vehicle insurance with liability insurance, based on general conditions and passenger insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased:

A. Additional insurance or Carefree Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

This insurance allows the renter to reduce their liability for vehicle damage, as mentioned in the previous section. If the renter chooses this additional insurance (referred to as CDW – Collision Damage Waiver), the renter’s responsibility is reduced to 750,00 € of the deductible franchise.

CDW can only be contracted when renting a vehicle for more than three days. The renter pays the amount for additional insurance upon vehicle pick-up.

This additional insurance covers only the first damage event in the event of an accident. For each subsequent damage event, the renter is fully responsible. The option for additional insurance does not cover damage to tires, wheels, roof, or the vehicle’s underside, as well as damage to keys.

B. Full additional insurance or Carefree Plus Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)

This comprehensive additional insurance, also known as SCDW – Super Collision Damage Waiver, covers all damage to the vehicle that occurs during the rental period. This includes damage to tires, wheels, chassis, glass surfaces, damage caused by an unknown third party, and damage resulting from vandalism.

Exclusions apply: The insurance does not cover damage to the interior of the vehicle, loss or damage to keys and/or documents, damage resulting from refueling the vehicle with the wrong fuel, and damage caused by the driver’s negligence or driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

In the event of vehicle damage or an accident, the renter must submit a European accident report, an accident report, and a police report. If the driver’s license is invalid (revoked, temporarily revoked, expired), or if driving is prohibited, the renter is responsible for the entire cost of damage or vehicle theft.

A 24-hour rental runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM or as agreed.
